Overeating.

Salaam and hello, everyone. hope you are all in good health and (Imaan) Faith.
how well are you eating ? do you know over eating can bring harm to your body ?

In wikipedia overeating is  the excess food in relation to the energy that an organism expends (or expels via excretion ), leading to weight gaining and often obesity. It may be regarded as eating disorder.

The term may also be used to refer to specific episodes of over-consumption. for example, many people overeat during festivals or on holiday.

The following can be considered to be some of the reasons behind overeating.


Bulimia: bulimia is an eating disorder in which a person has a regular episodes of eating a very large amount of food during which the person feels a loss of control over eating. this is known has bingeing the person then try using ways, such as vomiting to prevent weight gain.

Compulsive overeating disorder: A person with symptoms of compulsive overeating is someone addicted with food and tend take comfort in food. unliike bulimia, compulsive overeaters do not purge themselves following a binge episode.
